Who is she?

I’ve always enjoyed people, and have a knack for finding things I like in just about anyone. When I’m not with people, behind the camera, in front of it, or glueing eyelashes somewhere, I’ve grown to really enjoy the quieter spaces in life. I’m a part time cross-stitcher and puzzler, daily bubble bath taker, fitness lover, brownie baker, and burrito connoisseur.

I fell in love with photography by accident. Borrowing my best friends camera, would eventually turn to stealing, and then finding myself here, wanting to capture all of life’s little moments. On a whim, I opened a photography rental studio with my best friend, Twin Creative Studio, which gave us both the ability to create freely. As much as I love a curated styled shoot, the photos that have been my favorite to take are the ones where there isn’t too much curating. I love photographs that visually can take you back to a moment, and makes you feel it all over again.

Motherhood has taught me to see the world in a different way. The messiness, the closeness, the chaos, the imperfections, the unconditional love, the fleetingness. I’m grateful for the way holding a camera allows me to freeze the everyday moments, imperfect as they may be. I’m honored to be able document those moments for others, whether milestones or mundane, to cherish for years to come.
